The anthology The Expressionist Drama in the Bohemian Lands presents the first ever compendium of plays written in the Bohemian area between 1910 and 1924. The territorial situation was assigned a central role in the conceptualization of the anthology, and due to this, the volume contains not only plays which co-formed the Czech theatre between the two world wars but also German-written pieces, in this case, pieces by Jewish authors living and writing in Bohemia, Moravia or Silesia.
